Dosage :

After progression or intolerance on crizotinib in ALK+ metastatic NSCLC

ONCE-DAILY, ORAL DOSING

SPEXIB is supplied in 150-mg capsules

Do not administer SPEXIB within 2 hours of a meal

Do not consume grapefruit and grapefruit juice as they may inhibit CYP3A

If a dose of SPEXIB is missed, make up that dose unless the next dose is due within 12 hours
