Common side effects are headache, hot flashes, weakness, high blood pressure, fatigue, dry throat, dizziness, cough with mucus, diarrhea, cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat; ear congestion, hoarseness, bone pain. 

Serious side effects are  chest pain, difficulty in breathing, loss of bladder or bowel control, painful or difficult urination, slow or fast heartbeat, pounding in the ears, unusual weight gain or loss, changes in blood pressure, seizures.
